    This place is always busy. As being more health conscience this is a great place to have lunch. Today I ordered the chix-wrap though still delicious, a little over priced on portion size. A little nicely prepared then McD's stick with the competitor with price and portion size. I didn't like that I had to put my own dressing on.

    Friendly staff, great service. Very kind in every transaction we witnessed, and strived to make every order right. We will definitely return to this location. And the food was great too! Kids play place was clean as well, not sticky and smelly like many others.

    Most chick-fil-a locations are great, with predictable quality food and great service. This location has mediocre service, cold fries and stingy portions of sauces. I will avoid this Arapahoe location in the future.

    Slowest chick fil-a on the planet! Wasted 25 min stuck in the drive through. Annoyed is an understatement. Time to go to a different location or skip this over rated food all together.

    Chick Fil A has made rapid expansions into south Denver in the past two years, and unfortunately this new location is just not up to par with the other ones. While other locations are like well oiled machines, providing both a fast and pleasant experience, this location does neither. The flow of the lines creates for packed environment, and in the three or four times I've gone here, it has taken much longer than it should have been. Even though the Hampden and 25 location and the county line and 25 location are a bit farther for some in the tech center, you'll end of spending around the same time overall with less waiting and more eating.

    This is a brand new Chick-fil-a and obviously they are going to go through some growing pains. From reading the other reviews, it seems as if others experienced some "faults" in service, however; I didn't. I received the normal, "above and beyond" Chick-fil-A experience. They have built a culture that surrounds going above and beyond for the customer in any circumstance. In my particular case, I called ahead on a Saturday morning with a relatively large order and went through the drive thru and picked it up. There were no issues with my order, the young man in the drive thru thanked me for my business, double (and maybe even triple) checked to make sure my order was accurate. Overall, my experience was just what it should have been! I work less than a mile from this location and would definitely be back and definitely recommend.

    Typically, I would slap them with 3 stars and move on about my night. In this case there is a good reason for that 4th star. Brought a couple friends here and one of my friends pipes up, "hey, you should see if they will take this coupon" at which point in time she hands me a coupon that expired in 2013. That is right ladies an gentemen, 2013!!! Upon examination, the cashier called over the manager, who approved the coupon, probably out of sheer surprise that she had kept it list long! Too funny! We enjoyed our BOGO Chick-Fil-A deluxe Spicy sandwiches and went on our way. Love it when even the simplest of things aren't a big deal because a company just GETS IT. They understand that it is worth way more to them to make a crazy exception even though we would have completely understood if he'd said, "yeahhhh, this coupon has been expired for a couple years so I am gonna have to go ahead and ask you to throw this one away", but nope! He gladly accepted it and for that, I will always come to this location when possible.

    I usually come here every morning for breakfast, and always receive the best service. Marianne is absolutely fantastic! I recommend this place to everyone because of the customer service!

    This location is slammed. But they do well for being so busy. They forgot one of our orders, but later when we had to order something else they waived it for us. Very classy!

    Between both of us, my fiancée and I have been to this chick fil a five times over the past few months. They are 0/5 for order accuracy. I once ordered a chicken salad sandwich and got some kind of wrap instead. This last time took the cake though. We ordered a spicy chicken egg and cheese biscuit and a regular chicken egg and cheese biscuit with extra cheese. The first time both came out without cheese. The second try lacked egg on both of them. They alerted the manager and she brought out their third attempt which did not have extra cheese on the regular one. Rather than roll the dice again and wait another 10 minutes, we accepted our fate. The previous times, I've been offered a card good for a free chicken sandwich or something, but this time it was just a half-hearted apology. There's another chick fil a by the mall and as much as I'd rather not fight mall traffic, it's worth it to go to a chick fil a that will actually get your order correct.

    I went to order dinner after working at 9am and getting my first break at 4:00 pm to get food for me and my co-worker. Rushed back to work and noticed the other part of order is missing. I called, they offered a coupon mailed to me or to go back. After giving the name of person going back to get our missing piece of dinner, she gave her name to the front to be insulted by the owner that she was lying about the missing chicken nuggets, as if she was trying to steal!!!! Our time, stomach, and integrity was insulted by employees and owner!!! I don't think a nugget would be our pick to steal!!!

    Great new location with excellent staff. Jake and Nathan work Saturday mornings and are always friendly and make sure we have what we need. Will continue to come here for their great service!

    Not a big fast food eater but hey I've got kids on the run. I Have been here no less than 5 times. I ordered med cx platter and it came out in 5 minutes. Have gone thru drive through and the service and food have always been spot on. Salads are consistent with all chik filet restaurants. Better than some restaurants I have been to. Glad they are on on my driving path.
